I see adolescents, young adults, and adults utilizing a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness based therapy to facilitate growth and change. As your therapist, I will provide a safe space for personal growth and self exploration. I specialize in working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use, ADHD, anger, self esteem, grief and loss, relationship issues, parental mental health, and life changes/transitions. Through our relationship, my goal is for you to gain a better understanding of yourself, achieve balance in your life, and be the best version of yourself.
Beginning therapy can be uncomfortable and overwhelming while also extremely rewarding. My goal in therapy is to help you build awareness and engage in self exploration while navigating life's challenges in order to feel competent and capable.
